Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile are top of mind and dominate the category. As the “Big Three”, these providers have brainwashed people into thinking that they’re the only option. And while most people wish they could have better service or savings, they’re afraid to make the jump.

We had to convince people a better option existed, in a way that would shift their preconceptions around the hassles of changing carriers. So we made the process tangible and accessible by comparing it to a universally relatable experience - getting out of a bad relationship.

Big Three wireless pain points such as expensive service, unreliable coverage, and inflexible plans were framed as relationship deal-breakers. And to help people ditch their Big Three carriers in real life, we launched a Switch Squad retail concierge service to make the process painless.
